For thousands of single fathers and mothers, it is a struggle to eke out a living, run a home and bring up their children. For children of such single parents or for those without parents such Homes are haven where during the school term they can live and pursue their education. Thirty girls resident at our Sharanya Children’s Home attend local government and private schools and are offered opportunities to participate in dramatics, sports, bhajans, music, dance and cultural programmes, thanks to the active support and contribution in cash and kind of our generous donors and well wishers.
